The New Jersey Registry Career Lattice

The NJ Registry Career Lattice: Updated in 2015!

Together with the Workforce Committee of the NJ Council for Young Children, Professional Impact NJ's Clearinghouse Committee has updated the NJ Registry Career Lattice to be easier to understand and more user-friendly for the many diverse professionals working in different settings in NJ's early childhood and afterschool workforce!

The NJ Registry Career Lattice is now represented by an all-new display of the "stackable" steps in New Jersey's early childhood and afterschool professional development pathway, from the entry-level staff member to the seasoned professional. The newly-revised NJ Registry Career Lattice reflects the various updated state and national standards, including Grow NJ Kids, New Jersey's quality rating and improvement system, and the evolving courses of study in New Jersey colleges and universities which have evolved with the implementation of New Jersey's Race to the Top Early Learning Plan. The NJ Registry Career Lattice will continue to be examined and reviewed as these standards and programs evolve to best meet the needs of New Jersey's early childhood and afterschool workforce!
